Learn Traditional Usui Reiki

This year, learn a skill that will allow you to support wellness for yourself and the whole family!

This six-hour course, held in historic uptown Susanville, explores the first level of Traditional Usui Reiki, a Japanese healing art that benefits the whole person: body, mind, and soul. Reiki is known to reduce the stress response while bringing about relaxation and promoting deep healing and general well-being.

Upon completing this course, students will be able to tap into Reiki energy for self-care and share Reiki energy with others. This training includes discussions on the history and uses of Reiki, a Reiki attunement, and practical experience using this healing art. 

Reiki Level II builds on the knowledge gained in Level I.

In this course, students learn three how to use three Reiki symbols which refine intention, strengthen the flow of Reiki, and allow practitioners to send Reiki over time and distance. (For example, Reiki can be sent to a family member in another part of the world or to a friend during a job interview.)

Students learn new ways to incorporate Reiki into their daily lives to create a healthy Reiki lifestyle.

As always, permission is required to share Reiki, so please ask a friend or loved one if you can practice distance Reiki on them during this class. (If you don't have permission, you can practice on me!) :) 

Reiki Master Teacher is the highest level of training in Traditional Reiki. This course builds on the knowledge and experience gained in and after Levels I & II.

This course includes discussions on the topics and considerations of teaching Reiki to others. Students also learn and practice the process of giving healing attunements and Reiki-level attunements. We also include discussions of best practices for building one's personal Reiki practice, whether that involves self-care and being of service to friends and family members or opening a Reiki business.

These classes are highly personalized as I answer student questions, share from my own experience, and discuss trending topics in Reiki.
