Reiki is a traditional Japanese form of energy healing that brings about deep relaxation and enhances the body's natural healing processes. It can alleviate stress, pain, and grief while promoting restful sleep and overall well-being.
I seek to help clients support their own wellness through Reiki sessions, Reiki training, and programs that help members see Reiki as a way of life. These programs are based on the Reiki principles, or what Usui Sensei called, "the secret art of inviting happiness. The miraculous medicine of all diseases."
Mindfulness cuts through the distractions to allow one to be fully present in the moment. Mindfulness training increases awareness, or consciousness, allowing the space to choose one's responses to situations rather than responding based on established patterns. It can cultivate gratitude and the exploration of the mind/body/soul connection, which may lead to personal insights.
I offer mentoring in developing mindfulness and opportunities to explore mindfulness through creative expression. In addition, I sell my own artwork in originals, printables, and transformational business templates.
