Fair Winds Reiki & Mindful Art

All Reiki services at Fair Winds are offered in Traditional Usui Reiki to honor the history and profound simplicity of this healing art and the accompanying wisdom.

My own Reiki Journey, which started as a cultural experience, transformed my life and the lives of those around me. 

I’m honored to share this spiritual practice with others through Reiki sessions, Reiki training, and through the wisdom I share in my books and in the Fair Winds' blog.

Art has been a source of comfort, safety, and creative flow for me since childhood.

Through my YouTube channel, Flow & Form, I share my creative process for mindfully exploring media like resin, alcohol ink, and clay.

My original artwork and related mindful marketing templates, merchandise, and art tools, such as handmade silicone molds, are available on my online shop and on Etsy.

Before I established Fair Winds Reiki & Mindfulness, I taught ESL at universities and businesses around the world.

My travel memoir, On My Eye: What I Learned of Love & Life from a Syrian-Kurdish Refugee in Istanbul, is currently available on Amazon.
