Mindfulness cuts through distractions to allow one to be fully present in the moment. Mindfulness training increases awareness, or consciousness, allowing the space to choose one's responses to situations rather than responding based on established patterns. It can cultivate gratitude and aid in the exploration of the mind/body/soul connection, which may lead to personal insights.
I recently added my alcohol ink series Angel Whispers to the print-on-demand website fineartamerica.com to create merchandise. Before I started advertising the products, I wanted to order some for myself to check the quality of the printing and make sure the colors were as true to life as possible.
