Fair Winds Mindful Art

Growing up, I was a hypervigilant child. I loved doing crafts with my mom, and I soon found that when I was involved in the creative process, I could let my guard down and immerse myself in the moment. Artistic expression and creative writing became a mindfulness practice for me, allowing me to let go and often enter a flow state.
