Laureen's Bio
Creative expression has been a place of safety for me since I was a little girl. Always labeled too sensitive, my drawings were the one place I could pour my heart and soul without reservation.
Fast forward a 'few' years, and that little dreamer is now a business owner, a world traveler, a teaching artist, an author, and a Reiki Master Teacher. I've traveled to over 30 countries, some of which became my home away from home for years! I taught ESL and Italian language in universities in the U.S. and abroad. These experiences taught me to suspend judgment, value diversity, and embrace the differences that make conversations worthwhile.
These days, I explore and share my talents and passions through my art, my writing, and my business: Fair Winds Reiki & Mindfulness. A sensitive dreamer always, mine is a world of laughter and miracles, and each work of art I create is an invitation to join me there...
