Through Fair Winds Reiki & Mindfulness, Laureen provides a safe, welcoming space for exploration and healing. As a Christian Reiki Master, she integrates the sacred practice of Reiki with her Christian faith, helping clients release stress, find balance, and reconnect with their spiritual essence.
