The Fair Winds Story
Fair Winds Reiki & Mindfulness was born from a single, life-changing question:
“Why hadn’t I heard of this before?”
My journey with Reiki began as a cultural curiosity—an opportunity to explore a healing tradition from another part of the world. Reiki was different. It didn’t just teach me something new—it changed me.
It helped me quiet my racing thoughts, sleep again, and find my center during a time of deep stress and uncertainty. What began as exploration became transformation.
That question—“Why hadn’t I heard of this before?”—stayed with me.
I realized I wanted to be a bridge: between cultures, between spirituality and everyday life, between the logical mind and the intuitive heart.
That’s how Fair Winds was born—a welcoming space where healing, creativity, and conscious living come together. A place where you can reconnect with your own inner wisdom and discover the power of inviting happiness into your life, one breath at a time.
